When you request a quote we collect your name, phone number, email address (if given), postcode and the details of the clean you need. When you message us on WhatsApp we see your WhatsApp name and number.
Only to reply to your enquiry, provide the quote, schedule and carry out the cleaning, and invoice you. We don't sell or share your details with third parties for marketing.
Quote-form submissions are processed by Netlify Forms and forwarded to our business email. Messages are kept on WhatsApp and our phone. We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to provide the service and meet our legal obligations.
